3.1 Role Clarification
achhacollege.co.in provides counseling and application support services and does not collect or process university tuition fees.
3.2 Fee Payment
All academic fees must be paid directly to NMIMS via official university channels.
3.3 Refund Authority
All tuition fee refund decisions are handled solely by NMIMS University as per their policies and UGC guidelines.
3.4 Withdrawal & Refund Process
Students must apply for withdrawal through the official NMIMS Student Zone. Refund eligibility depends on university rules and timelines.
3.5 Service Fees
If applicable:
- Charged for consultation and application assistance
- Non-refundable once service is initiated
- Refunds only in case of duplicate payment or non-delivery of service
3.6 Timelines
- University refunds: 30–45 days (as per NMIMS)
- Service fee refunds: 7–14 working days (if approved)
